Location is perfect for Christmas market season, within walking distance to all central markets, museums and cathedral. There is also an excellent italian food place nearby. Room was spotless, cleaning service everyday. Very comfy bed, good heating, Nespresso coffee machine was a really nice bonus (they put new capsules with each room cleaning), spatious wardrobe, bathroom felt luxurious and well-equiped (plenty towels, toiletries, paper, hairdryer). Hotel has a pool but we didn't try it (it was winter). Overall great value for money compared to other options!!

The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. The location is great; Cologne main station is only a 10 minute walk away. There are lots of things to see close by (within 20-30 minute walk max.)- Cologne Cathedral and many other churches, Museums, big shopping area etc. The pool at the hotel was also a nice bonus.

Front desk staff were lovely & able to help with any issues that arose. Swimming pool was perfect for a dip before the festival.

Lovely hotel, very clean and tidy. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety of hot and cold food including fresh fruit. Pool was lovely and the facilities like towels and changing rooms next to the pool were really helpful

We liked the location of the hotel, its just a short walk from the water front and restaurants. The room was very comfortable for our needs.

Location was excellent, 20-minutes walk to Dom, shopping street and shopping centers, and many nice and high-rated restaurants. There is paid parking available and it's worth it to leave your car at the hotel. There is a nice and relatively large swimming pool and sauna. Our room was nice, good size and comfortable beds and pillows, separate toilet and a good shower. We didn't have breakfasts but there are several cafes nearby.

I stayed 2 nights with my 5 year old. Hotel had everything we needed. I think we may have been lucky to have a room with a standard layout (normal bathroom)! We used the pool once and it was great, it’s a consistent depth so no shallow end. No fridge but we just stored things out of the window - great solution in February. I’m not convinced the voucher for a drink vs room cleaning is worth it, mainly because we had to serve ourselves and open a bottle of beer with a spoon (!) but I appreciate the thought process. Price was right, location very good, and we will definitely return. Thank you!

Loved the pool, it's a decent size and, as luck would have it, right next to my room. I liked the gym area as well. The room was very spacious, great bathroom and shower, spotlessly clean. I liked the location, just on the edge of the centre so it was very quiet on a night. You are very near the river so it's easy for riverside walks towards the cathedral. Breakfast was a good broad selection in a very nicely decorated room. I really enjoyed my stay.

Very well located, next to the center, the river and the public transports. The swimming pool is nice even if indeed not particilarly warm. And you have the sauna to get your temperature high again!

Location is excellent, close to the bus stops. The ladies working in the breakfast area are so kind and always smiling. They are really helpful and hardworking every morning. For me they are the highlight of the hotel.
